It is easy to read and understand even if you are not a psychologist. I sincerely recommend it to anybody who cannot stop thinking. I have not finished reading the book, but what I have read has been very useful. It is very well thought out. Mind Over Mood: Change How You Feel by Changing the Way You Think I think all the time, and my thoughts can be quite disturbing. This book allows me to look into my thoughts and analyze them.
I am so glad I took the chance with this book. My suggestion, don't pass by this one. I really liked this book. It's one of the better ones on the market today. Also, another good one is Hope and Help for Your Nerves (Signet). It's about chaning the way you feel by your thoughts. I am not new to this mindset and wanted to read as much as I could about it.
No explanation why the order was cancelled and no mention of me receiving the shipping cost back. I ordered a book and was charged for the book and the shipping. So no book, I paid for shipping on something I didn't get, and one month of time wasted waiting. I sent an email to the seller and did not get a reply. I waited the 3 to 4 weeks and did not receive my order. Finally, I got an email that said my money would be refunded for the book.
as a sufferer of CBT,It helped me to understand more about cognitive behavioral therapy. To me the book does exactly what it say's on the cover, change how you feel by changing the way you think. I am very happy with the book.
It is written in terms that poorly educated clients up to professional level can learn from. I have been recommending this book for clients (I am a psychologist) for several years and have found it to be the most widely accepted and useful self-help book with a wide variety of problems.
